Otakon Update of D00M

First of all, I have a list of the people so far that are going to Ota with me. If your name isn't on the list and you told me a jillion years ago and I forgot you... nows the time. 8D
So, I repeat, if you aren't the list and feel you should be, poke me now, damnit. >/ As an aside, Jen-tachi and Manda have their own room but that room is in my name for now. I'm trying to get another room in the Sheraton for them so we'll all be together, but I have to confirm my OTHER rooms first. If I don't have those, I'll be throwing things around.
For Jen-tachi + Manda: The rooms I have in the Holiday Inn... One of them has two beds, BUT I couldn't get it for Saturday Night cus it was sold out. >_> So it's for Th-F night. The king bed room extends through the entire weekend, and if I can't get the room at the Sheraton, I'll extend the Holiday Inn room til Monday for you guys.
For anyone who is driving up, or taking a bus, or train, etc, I would prefer you to either come to my house Wednesday night or meet me AT THE HOTEL on Thursday. We should be there by 3pm, but with traffic and my l337 driving skills, it may be before or after. Who knows~!
I have 4 cars in the works, but if I only have 12 peopleonly, pffft then I'll drop it down to 3 cars. We'll have a mini caravan. 8D Everyone'll have directions to if you accidentally get left behind, I won't stop and wait for you |3~
If you're flying in then you need to TELL ME SOON/NOW/ASAP/WHENEVER YOU KNOW FOR SURE what you're going to do to get to the hotel. If I have to drop by the BMI to pick you up, I have to add in more money for gas. If you don't want me to bother with picking you up, I know that the BMI has a shuttle that goes to and from that you need to RESERVE first. It's 13 bucks a person OR you can rent a shuttle for 65 that can hold 7 people and all their shit. 8D;I hope all your stuff... You might want to rent one and all of my people meet up and take that one bus cus it's cheaper by... >_> 2 dollars a person or something.
Otakon pre-reg is up, if you guys didn't know already, so get that done, too. I don't require it to come up there, but we all make a trip of it on Thursday. Waiting in line and talking and laughing and complaining about the heat. -_-;
I also want to go to dinner on Thursday night. Nothing big and fancy. We can go invade the local McDonalds [or order pizza] or actually go and eat at the Harbor since it's just down the street. We'll be a huuuuge group of 20 or more. 8D;;; Sure they'll loooove that shit >_>
Anyway, if you have any questions or anything about the trip, poke me. As far as price goes. Looks to be about 60 bucks a person [in my two rooms; Jen-tachi have their own pricing to figure out] then 20 for gas and 20 for parking. Or something like that. I don't know. =_=
