Okay, I don't have one. I had to look that shit up, too. Not often I have to do that. But yeah. I find that kind of creepy, really, kigurumi. And that's saying something.


DAY 17 - Favorite tsundere

Tsundere~ By default, I think I like these characters because they always do something hilarious when being a tsun, but then act all dere and make me... laugh even more really, if not gag. So, I'll go with the super bitch slapping palm-sized taiga!

Day 20 - Favorite shoujo anime



Kaichou wa Maid-sama! Because it reminds me of 80s shoujo that I grew up on. That, and for funny scenes like above. And the fact they SAY the sound effects. There is nothing more hilarious than Usui going 'Jiiiiiiiiiii' while staring at Misa for doing something ricockulous.

Day 21 - Best yandere character

DAY 09 - Saddest anime scene

So, really, there were 4 contenders for this. Two of them just made me depressed >_> and I had to just sit back a while. Those two being the end of Chrono Crusade, and a scene mid-season of Scrapped Princess right before Pacifica reunites with her brother and sister. To avoid spoilers I won't explain unless someone wants me to, but it's one of the reasons I want to, and yet don't want to, watch Scrapped Princess again. The fact she keeps that bath token still made me tear up a little. T^T

Those two down, I have a tie for this because I am a pansy and BOTH of these scenes made me cry. In my college computer lab. Thank goodness no one was there Because I didn't have my computer then. SAD.



First picture, you all know what that is. I won't explain it. But you know, I was OKAY with it. I was shocked, but it was like, 'Oh... damn. I just... didn't expect that.' And then. THE FUNERAL. I was okay during that part... until Eliza started asking why they were burying daddy. TT^TT *flips a table* Next scene is from Peacemaker Kurogane. If you haven't seen it by now, I doubt you will. But it's the scene after Ayumu dies when Susumu realizes he's been the shittiest brother ever and breaks down on the roof, sobbing how he "Never even called her 'sister'" to Tetsu. Then they went to go beat some Choushu ass.

DAY 10 - Favorite slice of life anime

Ahhh, this was hard, because I had a resurging love for KareKano, but the anime left you hanging. So I have to go with ToraDora~



It starts off so nice and light, and then there's all this build up and a slap/punch/shinai fight between two main female characters that is awesome and not just put in there for cheap laughs or a hot cat fight. And you know, it is like... the embodiment of moe... but all the characters are a little twisted -not Higurashi twisted oh god- and more human and not just fetish fuel. If all moe was like this instead of K-ON, I could watch it.

DAY 11 - Favorite mecha series

There is no way in hell I would ever pick Evangelion. So maybe Geass? Jibun woooooo *shoots self* There is nothing except:



GUNDAM CAT. With his iPod and Gundam Head speakers. Mmmhmm.

Yes. The original Gundam, and all its incarnations [except that chibi gundam one, just, no] 0083 Stardust Memory, Wing, Seed, Fuck Detiny :[, 00, delicious fight scenes with sabers and beam rifles are go! Turn A, Victory, G GUNDAM with it's BURNING FINGER or was it shining? Doesn't matter. \o

Fiinallly. A date for my interview/Career Day is set! Sep 8th! Now I can procrastinate for 3 weeks on catching up on studying. But really, I need to be looking for another job that's in town. Looking at apartments up there, 900 bucks is the cheapest in VA so far north, and... I'll have to go and see if it's as seedy as I think it might be XD;;

DAY 02 - Favorite anime you’ve watched so far



Hikaru no Go took up a large portion of my youth, I feel like... Not as much as SM or DBZ, but it just further cemented my fall into love shounen series. It was about a damn board game. That is so not exciting until you put it into manga/anime form. I still carry some of that series with me everywhere. Ogata is part of my SN, and that was a direct pull from my favorite adult character, Ogata. He's such a skeevy man... him and his fish tank...

DAY 03 - Your anime crush

I'm horrible at these questions. I always think really hard about them. I barely remember what I watched last week, much less years and years ago, so a character I looked at and went 'Hot Damn' about I may not remember 6 months from then. >_> BUT skipping the monologue:



Balalaika is one crazy bitch. But I can't think of any other female leads I wag my tail at. Even as a man she tops my list >_>;; Yoruichi was a dead heat, but I'm a sucker for a girl with a gun. .__. And bringing up Yoruichi leads to my male pick \o/ Urahara. Sans the hat. If I could think of a MANRY anime guy, ANIME and not manga, this wouldn't feel like I failed.

Recently, there hasn't really been anything I'm ashamed to have watched. I left my shame behind long ago when I resigned myself to the stages of otakudom, though I've since crawled partially out of that hole due to just changing as I've grown. 1. Dragons - At first, it was because I was obsessive and like collecting and breeding them XD I even had sticky notes that showed who I bred and what they produced. I bred them every friday 8D Yeah, that's kinda creepy, but whatever. >_> Now I don't really follow what's going on at all anymore. I post them because Pan will beat me with her walker if I let the eggs that she even more obsessively collects XD She can't start her own because I have a bunch that she can't get anymore, and she's one of those must have 100% completion types XD Ahah.

2. FMA - Pretty sure she picked this because the reason why we were friended was because I was reading her fanfic that focused on Havoc and Scheska, whose name I can no longer spell now that I've been out of the fandom for so long. >_> FMA wasn't my first anime by a long shot, and I actually didn't hear about it until loooong after it had ended in Japan. It's one of those shows that, as a total otaku who thought I had the pulse of anime under my thumb, I missed and STILL wonder how. Now I can see if things slip through, since I'm not watching and reading it all the damn time, but back then? How did I let a 51 episode anime that was SO EPIC slip my notice?

3. Cons (Your Otakon organization AMAZES me!) - Hur. If there's one thing I hate is when I'm on a trip and know I paid too much. Hell, even knowing I went to the store and got something and paid five dollars more than another place, if I haven't opened it yet, I WILL go back to that store, return it, and go buy it at the other place. I'm anal about money sometimes. Frankly, when it comes to planning trips where I have to pay for things like hotel, gas, food, ect, I don't trust anyone else but me to do it. I'm fair, make all the information fully available for how much everything is, and I don't add on extra padding. It is bare bones how much it is EXACTLY to get to that place and back. If you want something extra, go ahead, and if everyone else wants to do it, they can go for it, but I'm not going to be responsible for more money than I have to be. With hotel being more than a thousand bucks that I'm accountable for, I'm not looking for anyone else to give me more money. Other than that, cons are fun and I enjoy meeting up with people from across the country for that once a year get together. The actual events themselves aren't really the draw when I go to anime cons now. It's the people \o/

4. RP - I talk about and do it so much, most people on my f-list acquaint me with RP. If I talked about more RL stuff that actually mattered, RP might fall by the wayside, BUT as of right now, most of my f-list I've met through RP. Only the oooold folks know me from way back when I actually wrote fanfic. RP has gotten me a lot of friends, and I'd say it's lost me a few, too, but that's life. I enjoy it, but wish it hadn't killed most of my other creative urges XD;; I actually might be able to say the computer in general killed them... >_>

5. Avatar - When Avatar was still airing, I totally spazzed all over my LJ about it. I enjoyed it, and if I re-watched it, would enjoy it again. If there's one thing I lament about Avatar is that it didn't have the anime length seasons of 13, 26, 52. I think that show could have done a LOT more fleshing out with 6 more episodes to each season. The thing I both like and don't like about it is that there weren't many cliffhangers at the ends of episodes. That's something that has me flipping tables in anger all the time, but if it meant more time to flesh things out, I would have loved that series even more. I will say though, for a kids show, it was/IS pretty awesome. |D

Role playing ○ Mmm, yes. RPing. It has [sadly] taken over a lot of my creative juices ever since I started doing it. I like RPing, and it's fun, and it helps me think quicker on my feet than I'm able to in normal conversation >_>; I also like trying to get into the minds of characters not my own. I started it as a way to do proper character studies, but now... it took a life of its own >_>

Crack ○ Fff. I can be pretty crackalicious, especially when I was writing fanfiction. I remember the random joint-fic Cheza and I were writing, or when MooChi-nee was still active on the interwebz and I would feed her the most random stuff that she's spin into some horrible story we would laugh at for ages. Like Urahara's preggo beams, and that bastards abortion beams. Good times. Good times |D

Itachi ○ He was the first muse that I actually apped into a game to play as. Probably a bad choice, because there were so many nuances with playing him that I didn't get until looong after I dropped SH. He's still one of my favorite characters in Naruto, but I can't pull him off in RP anymore. His muse is deader than dead. It just stopped being fun to play him, and the people I played him off of best are gone or I don't share a game with them anymore. I can still pull of his deadpan sense of humor, but I think that's more my own than his XD

Grimmjow ○ Of the Arrancar, hell, most of the characters in Bleach, he's my faaaavorite. I debate if his muse will ever truly die, even if I still play him as a petulant AU!teenager best. SH shaped the way I played him AU, and LSG -bless that game XD- helped me play canon. The Grimmjow/Orihime pairing is still one of my favorite pairs in fanfiction, and looking back on the series I never finished, I'm still quite proud of it. Horrendous spelling errors aside.

LJ Screen Names ○ I am horrible. HORRIBLE. At coming up with screen names. I think my wittiest were the first ones I came up with, and after that it totally went down hill. Sooo, I asked the resident writer and totally more creative and capable than me AKUNI to help. Often times, I'd poke her to help me with screen names for characters that I was about to RP. I feel like sns can tell you a lot about a character before you ever interact with them, and I really like trying to distill their personality or traits into one 15 letter name. I should have poked her for help with Blaine, because his screennames sucks. That's what I get for picking it out myself. :[ *needs a rename token*
