Now. Prince of Tennis. I watched it on Jetstream or whatever the call it on Toonami.com. The dub... is not nearly as bad as I feared it to be. But, my god. The way they pronounce the names. ::snerks:: Instead of Tezuka [Tezka] they say TeZUka. They pronounce every syllable. It's hilarious... Horio's voice is waaay to deep, and it's supposed to be the most annoying voice and it's actually the most mellow and suprisingly decent. ::laughs:: And Tezuka has DON PATCH'S voice from Bobobo. And HE has the same voice as Hideo Kuze from GitS... 0.o The hell? Who has the same voice as Jin from Champloo... Kirk Thorton gets around, yeah? And Fuji sounds like a stoner! ::laughs:: It doesn't have the strangely femininely masuline voice I liked [but still didn't like Fuji] in the Japanese version.
Uh. I just watched the end to Hikaru no Go again on youtube.That place is serious crack It had the special mix to Get Over and I'm just like Kimi ga ima boku wa sasaete. Boku ga ima, kimi wo sasaeru! singing along and arg! I want to watch it again... ::deep breath:: I really loved that show. If I had to choose a show to watch over again that wasn't Bleach it would be Hikago. ::sighs:: I love shows about rivalries. Really gets my blood pumping! I guess I'm just easy that way... =_=::stares at DVD of the Hokuto Cup:: And that was has Yashiro in it... ::thinks:: resists the urge:: No, I have to write more Bleach smut other things to do... Now I really want an icon of Hikaru when he's looking at that guy [who was trying to sell fake gobans, I think at some convention] and has the PERFECT 'Am I gonna hafta SMACK A BITCH?' look. ::nods:: Can anyone say 'icon-hunt'?
And ooo... Very goodand depressing as hell Hikaru no Go Music Video. If you haven't seen the show and want to, spoilers up the wazoo. If you haven't seen the show and don't care about spoilers, you'll get the general idea, but it won't have the same emotional impact. ::coughs:: There's lots of crying in it... =_= And it made me depressed... but it was so good...
You know. I thought I had finally gotten everything straight, but no. The problem now isn't with the hotel, or with packing, or with pre-reg, or where we're staying thrusday night. It's HOW WE'RE GOING TO GET THERE. Yes. We're taking the newly christed Kurogane [the black SUV]. BUT, Pan's car, Lord Canti, is kinda dying. So, hmm. We really can't/shouldn't fit 6 people into Kuro-rin. So Pan's mom is like, just take the Daewoo. And I'm like? What are you gonna drive? Not your special uber expensive car? No. The yellow truck... =_= I forgot they had that damn thing. They have, like, 6 fucking cars. I know she can get some better things to invest her money in, but meh. Whatever makes her happy I guess. But still. SIX CARS. There's Lord Canti, Kuro-pon, the Daewoo, the yellow truck, the uber special car, and the white truck. 0.o Either way, we'll get there somehow. All I know is we're definitely taking Kuro-tan. ::sighs:: Yeah. Let's hope we figure this out by THURSDAY... Since we're LEAVING and all... and Iw ant to be gone by freakin' 12:30, damnit, but I know that isn't ognna happen...
