I always wondered why that image holds? I always think ::kick to the nuts:: or ::punches hand up:: slides in for elbow to the gut:: Doing that to Hitsugaya would only make his reaction *more* violent.

I don't want to make Kira spineless. I think he should be manipulated and know what he's doing is wrong and be completely UNABLE to help.

In canon it's just that he's really badly conflicted and yeah. Almost a milder version of Hinamori's situation.

Milder because Ichimaru didn't try and KILL him. He also... well, whatever, leave analysis for another time. I don't know how he would be manipulated since we don't have that decades long stint under his command. Maybe money? Or Kira just got to know Ichimaru and he twined into his life the the cox he is.

The thing about Bleach is that all the slightly sinister/bad guys mind fuck people like WHOA. Even if it's only a *little* bit.

Oh, I didn't mean honorifics... =_= I just mean calling my last name versus first name and such. Not including the honorifics like -kun, -san and such would make it a little difficult to show slight differences though.

Ah... well, it depends on how you want to write it, I suppose. How the characters address each other would be mostly the same, but still some differences because of the changed setting. Like Nanao can't call Shunsui "taichou", for example. *snickers*

She defininately wouldn't call him Shunshui either. ::amused:: I think I would change how Ichigo and Renji call each other by their first names, as they are rivals completely now and won't becaomes friends for a loooooong time.

Yeah, she would NOT be calling him Shunsui... maaaaybe Kyouraku-san, or perhaps whatever title he has? I think she'd be his and Ukitake's accountant/general manager, so Shunsui would be the owner, or something? Or simply addressing him as "sir" or such. XD

And yes, it'd totally be Kurosaki and Abarai for those two.

I could see her pulling off calling him either 'Owner' or 'Sir' all the time, and he would be like X3 'Call me Shunsui! Or at LEAST Kyourauk-san, Nanaooo~chaaaan~!'

I think everyone pretty much will go by last names except those who never do, like Ikkaku and Yumichika... Hitsugaya will still be as disgruntled as always and only Ichigo and occassionally Matsumoto will call him by her first name.

Hm... Matsumoto would call people by given names, Renji and Ikkaku and the thugs in general probably would too. Though on that note, did you have Iba in there? Because Ikkaku and the others usually call him "Tetsu" instead of his full given name of Tetsuzaemon...

...Rukia would probably call most people by surnames unless she's particularly familiar with them. Less politeness so much as habit, I think.

Ah, and on that note, people like Ishida would call Sado that instead of Chad...
