It is a sad day indeed when Pan [schwanzpron, go friend her people] gets an LJ NOT for keeping tabs on me, OR for keeping up on LJ comms she stalks for the latest manga news. No. She gets it to save some DRAGONS.

In other news, I watched the DtB finale the day it was subbed. I AM STILL CONFUSED some week later.

I took another of my random 'let's drive for no reason' romps. This time I went to Goochland and THERE IS NOTHING OUT THERE. My God. No Alpaca farm this time, but I saw some cows. I think I do this weird driving thing when I want to find some place new to eat and just.... don't stop driving. A waste of gas for sure, but it was nice. I should have left earlier so that I wouldn't have been out when it was dark, but alas. I stopped at Bullets and had chickens trips [not what I wanted] and an apple pie [I did want].

Then I get home and Cheza BODYSLAMS ME for new years and reminds me of Otakon. I'm looking forward to Otakon again this year, but I don't know if I'm going to have the money to go. Seriously, it'll cost me 200ish to go [gas, hotel, food] and even if I save up everything for it, something always happens that wipes out my savings account. My rainy day fund gets used for emergencies and I have entirely too many emergencies. Car breaking down. Insurance after I lost my job. Yadda yadda. It wouldn't be so bad except I still don't have any goal in life it feels. If I had a finish line it would make my life so much easier. Instead I'm just skating by. ~__~


And as a note: This icon I'm using on this entry is entirely Pan's fault.

LOLOLOLOLOL. Tell her to put them in Sotidragon's nursery; they'll get plenty of views there. Or don't tell her, that way she'll stick around on LJ. 8D

Know what you mean about the whole goal-in-life thing. Sometimes "getting home at the end of the day and relaxing" is goal enough; sometimes it.... isn't. >_>

That's usually where I put them, along with dragonspam_er. That's where she put them this time. Fff. I'll just brow beat her into staying or something =o=

Yeah... it's like that. I need to do something, but meh... ~___~

I hope I am, but I really have no way of telling right now. I don't think I can afford one convention this year much less two unless something REALLY big comes along and I have a major influx of income.
