GAR with a little less GA-

So, work has been okay. My legs hurt, but I kinda got used to standing on my feet all day kind of fast. I think that's weird, considering I haven't had to do that for workin four years, but like hell am I complaining.

Speaking of work, I was talking to a new[er] person in the Hot Foods Case and this is how it goes:

Me: So, you go to school? *figures this is a safe conversation starter*
Him: Yeah. VCU. What about you? High school?
Me: e________________e
Him: D8?
Me: I'm 23.
Him: What! I couldn't tell! You look young!
Me: If I was short, I'd be done. Never above the age of 17. *laments*

This happens all the time. =__=

Another note, filling out applications should NEVER take two hours. I hate filling out my life story just to get hired. What's the point of turning in my resume if I have to fill out the form TOO. I even redid my resume for the job and it was pointless. They didn't even have a place to attach said resume. I know I shouldn't bitch, but that just annoys the shit out of me.


I need to call my loan people to get an extension. And pay my cell phone bill. *siiiiighs*

Is it bad that I like working at the grocery store more than my last job? The only bad part is when I'm bored, I can't surf the interwebz. That's what got me in trouble in the first place, sooo fff, no computer is a good thing. *stays away*
