Otakon is over... I hate taking pictures, whether being in front of or behind the camera... but once I started, I couldn't stop... I look, like, 90 of them... =_= It was ridiculous...
I'm kinda alive, but I'm so tired, and I have to go to work tonight, but I won't let myself take a nap... ::shakes head:: No nap! I see Bleach 238 is out, gonna download and read it this afternoon. I have Bleach 91 [right?] waiting for me at Pan's house with HachiClo II Ep3 [or is it 4?].
I looked at my flist and was like DAMN. At least 2 pages to go through, and a lot of stuff to read... I'll catch up over the next 2 or 3 days... =_=
Oh, and the most ironic thing ever. Going to school this morning, the guy in front of me is going slow as sin and taking forever to turn, so I pass him in the turning lane and speed off. I see the flashing blue lights and my first thought isn't 'Damn! A cop!' it's 'Where the hell do I pull over at?'
Now, the irnoic thing is. The last 4 days at Otakon, we saw 73 or so cops. Yeah, we counted. I was going 70-80 in a 55-65, I had 6 people in a car only meant for 5 for half of the trip home, and I didn't get pulled over. The FIRST [and definitely last] time I use the turning lane to pass someone [because I was running late for class this morning] I get pulled over for my first ticket. Well, let me correct that. My THIRD summons to court which might as well be tickets. The first two were for the same damn thing and I got my car inspected so they were waived, but this one, no point in even going. I'll just pay the fine and go on my way, cus I was in the wrong.
::sighs: It reminds me of those teen pregnancy commercials. "It only takes once, even if it's your first time, to get pregnant." Except, replace pregnant with ticket and you got it right. AND I was even later for class. I remember telling him "Yeah, I'm 12 minutes late to class so I was in a hurry" or something like that and he was like, "Yeah, you were hustling, but we'll ignore that and just worry about improper driving, cus it can cause an accident". ::yawns:: I was too tired to care much, and I still am, but he probably thought I was irritated...
In fact, I don't even know how fast I was going, cus I didn't look at my speedometer. There's, like, no place to pull over so that's what I was worrying about. I figure I had topped out at about 45 [speed limit was 40] before I saw the lights. That's about the time I usually look down to check my speed. In fact, I think I was about to do that when the lights caught my attention. ::yawns again::
Class is boring, too... that makes it even harder... ::sighs again:: aa well, I have a lot of stuff to do... better plan it out now... ::wanders off::
