But the thing about my boss is, he's weird. If you're looking for a job, it's like... he dismisses you as not being serious about your current one. It's like signing your own pink slip. If you aren't in the office, it's fine since you're a tech and he's not looking over your shoulder, but if you're in the office and he gets wind of it... Shit, man. :|
