The whole problem is that the poorer people are stuck in that entitlement mindset. They want taxes back that they didn't pay. It's class warfare. They don't realize that the richer Americans keep the economy flowing. They're the ones who own businesses, provide goods and services and give them their JOBS. When you tax them too heavily, they cut back on production, raise prices and LAY PEOPLE OFF.
