Oh hey. I was cleaning out my bookshelves so that I could move my bookcases [finally] into my room, and I found tapes. VHS tapes. The PURPLE ones that had my Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne subs on them, among other things. And my KareKano tapes -the regular black ones- that were in those plastic hard cases. Wow. The 90s. Funny, because I don't have digital copies of those. Nor the Region 2, US editions. I really should look into getting those.

BUT, in the mean time, more cleaning. And... what do I even do with them? They're in good condition *wipes dust from the labels* but I don't even have a VHS player that works. Anybody want them. >_>? Speaking of want, I'm STILL tired of looking at this stuff cluttering up valuable space in my bookshelves.

pridefall, if you want those DVDs and such and can scrape the money together for the S&H, I'll GIVE them to you. B| I just want them oouuut of my hoouuse.

Watched Doctor Who today. I was at my mother's so my sister [who complained that I took the TV] watched it with me. Oh ho ho ho, she liked it. The part where the monster in the closet was trying to get out scared her to death [I was silently laughing at her terror] but I'm sure I could con her into watching it with me again. =D Then I went home and watched Dragon Ball Z Kai. The fact they boiled down the series to 99 episodes has made me fall in love with it all over again. The fights, with considerably less stalling; the OP, even in English, is fun to belt out ridiculously loud and cheesily because it's DBZ and my childhood; Piccolo; Vegeta's sudden British accent. Aaaa. If there was ever a time to get it, now would be the time. Especially if they have an uncut version...

Next, it turns out that I can still get a copy of my story from NaNo printed out for me for free. Awesome. The offer expires June 30th, so that's plenty of time to procrastinate like a mofo in doing the obvious edits. And thinking about edits, and NaNo in general, has made me come to the realization that, aside from my general writing ability getting better with age, I've felt for the longest time that my writing has gotten worse instead of better.

Gah, I rambled. But my writing ability isn't up to par with my ideas. That frustrates me. More than my inability to always draw the dynamic things I want, because I'm sure that with time, I could do that, but with my writing, I'm not at all sure...

I.. was so so so bored. I didn't know what I wanted to do tonight, except I know I didn't feel like RPing. I have so many manga I'm currently reading and waiting for updates for, it's pathetic I have nothing to read.

So I did the second [and now third] episode of Durarara. Thank kami it got better. BUT.

1. Dragons - At first, it was because I was obsessive and like collecting and breeding them XD I even had sticky notes that showed who I bred and what they produced. I bred them every friday 8D Yeah, that's kinda creepy, but whatever. >_> Now I don't really follow what's going on at all anymore. I post them because Pan will beat me with her walker if I let the eggs that she even more obsessively collects XD She can't start her own because I have a bunch that she can't get anymore, and she's one of those must have 100% completion types XD Ahah.

2. FMA - Pretty sure she picked this because the reason why we were friended was because I was reading her fanfic that focused on Havoc and Scheska, whose name I can no longer spell now that I've been out of the fandom for so long. >_> FMA wasn't my first anime by a long shot, and I actually didn't hear about it until loooong after it had ended in Japan. It's one of those shows that, as a total otaku who thought I had the pulse of anime under my thumb, I missed and STILL wonder how. Now I can see if things slip through, since I'm not watching and reading it all the damn time, but back then? How did I let a 51 episode anime that was SO EPIC slip my notice?

3. Cons (Your Otakon organization AMAZES me!) - Hur. If there's one thing I hate is when I'm on a trip and know I paid too much. Hell, even knowing I went to the store and got something and paid five dollars more than another place, if I haven't opened it yet, I WILL go back to that store, return it, and go buy it at the other place. I'm anal about money sometimes. Frankly, when it comes to planning trips where I have to pay for things like hotel, gas, food, ect, I don't trust anyone else but me to do it. I'm fair, make all the information fully available for how much everything is, and I don't add on extra padding. It is bare bones how much it is EXACTLY to get to that place and back. If you want something extra, go ahead, and if everyone else wants to do it, they can go for it, but I'm not going to be responsible for more money than I have to be. With hotel being more than a thousand bucks that I'm accountable for, I'm not looking for anyone else to give me more money. Other than that, cons are fun and I enjoy meeting up with people from across the country for that once a year get together. The actual events themselves aren't really the draw when I go to anime cons now. It's the people \o/

4. RP - I talk about and do it so much, most people on my f-list acquaint me with RP. If I talked about more RL stuff that actually mattered, RP might fall by the wayside, BUT as of right now, most of my f-list I've met through RP. Only the oooold folks know me from way back when I actually wrote fanfic. RP has gotten me a lot of friends, and I'd say it's lost me a few, too, but that's life. I enjoy it, but wish it hadn't killed most of my other creative urges XD;; I actually might be able to say the computer in general killed them... >_>

5. Avatar - When Avatar was still airing, I totally spazzed all over my LJ about it. I enjoyed it, and if I re-watched it, would enjoy it again. If there's one thing I lament about Avatar is that it didn't have the anime length seasons of 13, 26, 52. I think that show could have done a LOT more fleshing out with 6 more episodes to each season. The thing I both like and don't like about it is that there weren't many cliffhangers at the ends of episodes. That's something that has me flipping tables in anger all the time, but if it meant more time to flesh things out, I would have loved that series even more. I will say though, for a kids show, it was/IS pretty awesome. |D

Fairy Tail was okay, but I 1. didn't like the animation/character designs; 2. Lucy's voice was okay, but I didn't think Natsu's voice fit; and 3. I felt like I was watching the shounen's version of maho shoujo with all the magic circles and stuff whenever they do magic. It kinda makes sense, but... no. Animation filler do not want. D: I won't be watching the show anyway, so I shouldn't complain. Just remind me when Erza comes in so I can vote on her voice =o=



Black Lagoooon. I've been reading the manga recently... because I have a serious hard on thing for Balalaika. |D Revy's good, too. The amount of girls in the series who kick ass makes me feel warm inside. But seriously, somewhere around this chapter, Rock started turning into one sexy manipulative bastard. I prefer it, but it's weird. This whole arc of the story has him sliding downhill fast. I wonder if he's going to change back at all. I doubt it, and I hope he doesn't...


I'm still amazed so many people read Wolfen Crest. I think I'm going to blame it on Mike. But spreading the pimp of Inugami isn't bad so...

Well, we're going to the flea market this Saturday morning, and I'm going to be putting a LOT of my anime that I'm never going to watch again out for sale. The prices I have on here are all negotiable, considering I doubt anyone is going to BUY anime at a flea market. ~_~ Not buy it for any where that it's worth anyway, so I'd like to get rid of it before then. This stuff is all old though, so it'd probably be easier to sell it to some unsuspecting kid 8D;;;

Prices: 5$ per book/DVD.
S&H: 2 bucks flat for 30 bucks and under, 5 for 30 bucks and over. Who'd buy that much from me anyway? Who would buy this stuff anyway? I have no idea. If someone doesn't, they go into recycling and/or donation pile.

Sengoku Basara? AHAH oh god how could I watch this? I might anyway, hey boredom I will be getting the OP though. Mmmm TMR vocals. Basquash? ...what? I'll try it anyway. ~_~

And speaking of, let's try to find some DARKER THAN BLACK episodes that fucking work. I've been stuck on 12 for forever. I can't find it and when I do, it's broken or is being a bitch. >:|

Haha, I'm bad =D Watching Diamond Dust Rebellion at work, but it was during my lunch, so... =o=

I'm not done yet, and pause to do work in between. This comp is slower than at home, which is annoying cus it skips randomly. BUT. I enjoy watching Hitsugaya struggling... I think I'm horrible that way. I enjoy watching people's helpless struggle as they pathetically cling to things.
