Look at my horrible taste in music \o/

You can learn a lot about someone by the music they listen to. So here is the game! Hit shuffle on your ipod or mp3 player and write down the first 25 songs. No cheating or skipping songs that are shameful. That is the fun! Then tag your friends. (stolen from [livejournal.com profile] hoshi3.)

Exactly that! *My tachi calls them "blind boxes"... like a "case of blind boxed assortments". *They are fun to shake gently... though some assortments weight things so you can't tell what is what. Party poopers.*

So all look the same on the outside, but "different things pictured on the outside on the inside".

THAT makes total sense. *Sorry... tired here. I've noticed that both "designer toy makers" like Quee etc etc do them too.

Ooo, it makes sense. boxes. blind. I am master of the shake test if they're full sized figures. Going by weight and using the shake test, I'm really good at figuring out which one is the one I want |D

I only see them at conventions. And I don't buy figures that often, but they're fun to shake. When they open them and mark who's inside it's boring. :

We likely snagged ALL of the Square Enix Havoc figures at Reactor '06. It was awesome. Once I found out what mine felt like after box #2 it ruled. I love getting figures at the comic book shop. Karla, the owner/my friend, always wants me to open them there. We had a ton of fun with Domo and the Tokidoki blind boxes.

Pfft. What about all the other poor people who wanted Havoc! XD DX XD I like shaking them for people and then forcing them to open it in front of me so I can prove I AM TEH MASTAH

Well 7virtues got one, the guy in the picture got one and I got one. :)

Is that better? 7Virtues tried WAY too many times on her own with no success. We figured out that Alucard was the heaviest and then Havoc.
