*flicking off my computer now*
In the past two months I have spent roughly 210 dollars on RAM for my computer.
The first two were NOTEBOOK memory, and I should have known that by reading it, but the guy who I asked should have ALSO noticed. [2GB]
The second ones were desktop memory, but DDR2 and my computer only takes DDR. I found this out after trying to install it today. The guy in the store should have fucking told me. He even looked it up online. [2GB]
The third is the right memory, AND fits, but it's only 1 GB because DDR memory is more expensive than DDR2. It costs me 68 bucks for this ONE stick where I could have gotten TWO of the other.
Fuuuuuuuuuuck yooouuuuu.
I'm go pissed. WTF am I going to do with 4 GB of memory that I can't even fucking use? One of them is even OPEN. WTF buys open memory? *cursing to the sky* I'll put it up on eBay and properly label that it's open and thus why it's only 30 bucks, but COME ON.
I should have just went to Best Buy in the first place instead of trying to get a deal at Circuit City before it went under.
God damnit. *eats mini-snickers to console myself*

The DDR2 is
Kingston, 2GB.
Compatible w/
667MHz (PC2-5300)
533MHz (PC2-4200)
400MHz (PC2-3200)
Dual Channel
On the RAM itself, there is a sticker that says
KVR667D2K2/2GR
740617107005 K2 1.8V
BKMK1630802
That's for the desktop, and it's been opened. ~_~
The notebook RAM says basically the same thing.
If you can use it, great \o/. If not, at least you tried XD

and it turns out that the comp that needs ram replacement takes DDR, not DDR2. QQ, sorry to make you wait for so long.
