WHAT manga is that on the cover?

I recognize all of the series on that cover EXCEPT the featured one. [Yes, even that one beside Bleach. Kuroko no Basket. I read that one, too. STFU. :|]

At least that's what I heard since I don't follow that series. During Golden Week, Jump released Aka Jump, which previews new manga and I'm guessing that's the manga readers wanted. I might actually buy a copy now that I'm curious about it.
