Tanjoubi Omedetou

Every time my birthday comes around, people make it seem like it should be a special day, but it feels the same as any other. I think it stopped being special to me after my 18th. Even that one was mute and just meh until I got a surprise party. The only thing that was different was my mother going '8D Go buy me a lottery ticket'. e___e I haven't ever bought one for myself.

So, I dunno. Is there a reason today should be special? Still feels like any other day to me. Maybe it'll feel different when I hit thirty.
