I first picked up on Gaara because visually, he's one of the most striking characters I've ever seen. I was familiar with Naruto- my sister was obsessed- but never was really interested, but he was just so interesting looking that I had to know more. He remains the same because you know so much, yet know very little.

And yes, we should have. Are you going to Otakon this year?

Hmmm... sounds good. It's always fun to bring peril to mere mortals meet other fun people! But it'd have to be room for two, as friend is from Ohio.

She's so excited, it's cute. She didn't know anyone who was into anime/manga before me.... then she watched all the Naruto eps up until the most recent in like, three weeks. o.O Including filler. She's going as Kiba! :D
